If your property is owned by an LLC or corporation

An LLC or corporation is a separate legal person. In New York, it generally cannot appear in Housing Court on its own — a licensed attorney must appear for it (Judiciary Law §§ 478, 484). That is the law's requirement, not Reveni's.
