About Reveni
Reveni is a procedural-readiness navigator for small New York residential property owners — 20 units or fewer. It is not a law firm.
What we do
We take a small owner through a plain-language intake, tell them the likely procedural path (or refuse to guess when inputs are unclear), show a timeline with the "why" and the source for each step, and score readiness with a green / yellow / red stoplight so it's obvious what still needs work.
Every legal reference is versioned and dated. When the law is unsettled or fact-specific, we say so. When you need a lawyer, we say that too.
What we won't do
- Draft or serve legal notices.
- Predict whether you'll win.
- Advise on lockouts, utility shutoffs, or any self-help.
- Weaken or remove legal disclaimers.
- Help screen prospective tenants using court records.
