Reveni Cookie Policy

This page explains what Reveni stores in your browser and why. It covers cookies and also "browser storage" (local storage and session storage), which works like a cookie but stays on your device instead of being sent with every request.
Reveni does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics trackers. There is nothing here to opt into, so we do not show a consent banner.
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the account and payment parts of the service to work at all.
Sign-in session (sb-…-auth-token)

- Keeps you signed in so your case loads. Stored in your browser, not as an advertising cookie.

Stripe checkout

- Stripe (our payment processor)
- What it does:
- Loaded only when you open checkout. Stripe uses its own cookies and storage to process the payment and detect fraud.

Preferences
These remember your choices and your progress. They stay on your device.

- Saves the answers and the step you are on so you do not lose your place if you close the tab or reload.

- Until you clear it or clear your browser data

- What it does:
- Remembers which case you had open, which milestone notices you have already seen, and whether demo mode is on.

- What it does:
- Remembers the language you chose.

googtrans
- Provided by:
- Google Translate
- What it does:
- Set only if you choose a language other than English. It tells the Google Translate widget which language to show. Google's translation script is not loaded at all while you stay in English.

- Yes — switch back to English to remove it
Analytics
None. Reveni records a small number of product events (for example, that a paywall was viewed) in memory for the current page only. Nothing is sent to an analytics company, and no case details, names, or addresses are included. If we ever add an analytics provider, we will update this page and add a consent choice before it loads.
Marketing
None. Reveni has no marketing or advertising trackers.
Other things loaded from outside Reveni
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on the site are loaded from Google's font service, which receives your IP address as part of the request. No cookie is set for this.
- Google Translate — loaded only after you choose a language other than English.
- Stripe — loaded only when you open checkout.
How to clear what is stored
You can clear cookies and browser storage for reveni.space at any time in your browser settings. Clearing them signs you out and removes unsaved intake progress on that device. Case information you have already saved to your account is not affected. Signing out also clears your sign-in session.
